At Elephant Stock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wall art. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your artwork in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
